- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content
- AI services may be subject to limitations, errors, or interruptions

7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by SnapLead or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services without our express written permission.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily interrupt the Services. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPLEAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapLead and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
